SOFTWARE USAGE
You will receive a user id and login password during your initial on site training. The tabs across the top of the screen will be used to perform the various functions of your business.
The Clients screen includes all pertinent information for each client.
The Client Login dropdown screen will allow you to reset the client's password allowing them to review their ads and ad placement at any time on the web site.
The Ad tab drop down screen will display any current ads for the chosen client. Ads may be deleted from this screen by the operator, not the client.
The Ad Contract dropdown screen displays all contract information for the chosen client. You'll enter the number of ads for each month, the client's total monthly outlay, a commission % if applicable, any No Charge Ads, and a Sales Rep name. The client's preferred locations list is input and displayed on this screen.
The Ad Locations dropdown screen will give you very specific data identifying each ad placed for that client.
The Location dropdown screen displays the type, placement, and current ads displayed at that location.
The Posting tab will allow you to set up your posting by the various runs (geographic areas) which will make your posting more efficient.
The Inactive tab lists all inactive clients. The original data is all stored, so they may be reactivated at any time. This will also provide important history information.
The Gallery tab screen will allow you to view and place ad examples on your customized web site.
The Reports tab screen gives you access to all the reports you'll need to effectively manage your business.
Report Type Summaries are listed below.
- Confirmation - Displays all clients' monthly ad placements. Drop down shows year, month and type.
- Board Rent, Locations
- Community Service, Goodwill
- Paying, All paying clients
- Ads Placed - Displays all ads that are currently placed in all of your locations.
- C ads = Contracted
- NC ads = Non Contracted
- + - = number of ads over or under contracted amount
- List of area Runs
- Customer By Month - Lists all clients currently in the system, may sort by

- Customers By City - Lists all clients by city
- Posting Sheets - Lists all locations, and where the clients are specifically placed within that location
- Ads with Posting Sheets - This is used for printing off ads when posting. This includes the posting sheets
- Ads Without Posting Sheets - This is used for printing off ads when posting. Does not include the posting sheets
- Commission Summary Report - Lists all Sales Staff, their clients, and any commissions due them from sales.
- Monthly Commission Report - More details than the Commission Summary Report
- Yearly Commission Report - Total report of Sales Staff year to date sales
- Customer Contacts - List of all clients, may be designated by Board Rent, Community Service, Paying, or All
- Location Contacts - Lists all Locations, and paying Locations
- Customer Notes - Displays and allows you to print all customer notes that were entered in the Contact Information Tab
- Posting Notes - Displays and allows you to print all posting notes that were entered in the Locations Tab.
- Preferred Lists - Lists and allows you to print out each or all of the clients' preferred lists.
- Inactive List - Lists and allows you to print out all Inactive clients
- Location List by Run - Lists and allows you to print all area Runs and their Locations
- Location List - Displays and allows you to print current Location Lists
The Configure tab screen is where you go to populate your information needed in other parts of the program.
The Backup tab screen is set up to backup all of your operations on a daily basis.
Don't forget to Logout when you're done using the software. You'll learn all you need to run the software during your
on site training.
WEBSITE CUSTOMIZATION
Your new business will receive a website hosted by the company that may be customized by you.
- You will be able to place your own ads in the gallery section, highlighting some of the best ads from your area.
- You will also be able to show your prospective clients a complete list of the locations you have secured in your area.
- There is an "About Us" tab which you may customize as well, giving your prospective clients valuable background information about your business, and effectively tying yourself to the community.
- The "FAQ" tab is already loaded with some of the most common questions you'll encounter, but if you'd like something added here, let us know.
- The "Packages and Pricing" tab gives your prospects and clients a quick overview of some of the most effective ad packages available, and may be customized for your area.
- The "Contact Us" tab allows clients, prospects, locations, or anybody to reach you with questions, comments, or suggestions
- The "Become a Location" tab highlights the benefits of becoming a location, giving an overview of what it takes to become a new, high visibility location.
- The "Client Login" tab is where your clients will go to login to review their current ads, ad placement, and locations. They will also be able to update their Preferred Locations List, which is then updated by the system.
Gallery and Home Page Rotating Ads
- Ads may be selected from the system using the Gallery Tab. Choose your best looking ads from some of your best clients.
- Any ads located in the Gallery will have a hyperlink to that client's web site, when available. Just scroll over the ad, and if a hand appears, click on it to be routed to their site.
CLIENT LOGIN
Once a client's information is entered into the program, the client may then go to our web site, everywhereugo.com, to access their own information. The following steps will help your clients use the system.
- Client goes to everywhereugo.com and selects their region.
- Go to client login, enter the phone number used on their contact information for login ID and password.
- Once the client is in the program, they may review their ads, review their confirmation reports for the two previous months, review their contract information, and contact us by email.
- The Preferred List tab at the top of this page may be used to select the client's preferred locations. Click on the tab, all locations are listed with a check box next to each location. Client may then check all the boxes next to the locations they are requesting for the next posting period. They may also uncheck any locations they no longer want on their preferred list. Once all preferred locations are entered, click on the update box at the bottom of the page. The preferred list will then be updated.
- Click on continue to return home.
PRINTING
Exclusive to EverywhereUGO® is the ability to do all your printing in house.
With our application and your own printer you will be able to print high quality ads with your postings. This part of the application was developed to save time and provide the correct ad for each location printed in the order of placement within the establishment. The program will send a posting sheet to the printer; this sheet lists all the locations of the billboards that have been placed in the establishment. Then the printer will print off the ads for each billboard in the order that they are listed. No hand sorting of ads is necessary saving you time and money.
