1% Ownership Interest

GOAL: TO OBTAIN 20 EVERYWHEREUGO LICENSEES IN 2010

This marketing plan is "network" based building on the social networks of key successful business people (lead generators).

Lead Generator: Owns 1% interest and provides names of entrepreneurs that would be good candidates to own and operate an EverywhereUGO Regional License.

OWN: Selling price to the lead generator is $5,000.00 for 1%. A lead generator may purchase more than 1% after securing one Regional Licensee.

PURPOSE: Lead generator must make active efforts to find a licensee/region for each percentage purchased. The potential licensee is then qualified and signed by EverywhereUGO.

RETURN: $5,000.00 is returned to the lead generator once a qualified candidate has purchased a license. Lead generator always maintains ownership of their percentage.

The company is well suited to any candidate with a strong community based background. A high energy level, and a fondness for calling on business owners is key. Successful Licensees enjoy working in office and social settings, but are driven and well disciplined. Sales executives who want to work for themselves, and be rewarded directly for their sales efforts may be an especially good fit. The business model lends itself to one or two person offices very well, and some Licensees are working well as partnerships, with one member focusing on outside sales, and one focusing on office administration.
